When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.

Log Files
5Leaf Auto follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
Cookies and Web Beacons
Like any other website, 5Leaf Auto uses ‘cookies’. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information.

The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

Children’s Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
5Leaf Auto does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
Pictures and Videos
5Leaf Auto, or a photographer engaged by 5Leaf Auto may take photographs and/or video of the services including vehicle and property. By using our services, you give permission for 5Leaf Auto to use these images in promotional material and social media to promote the business. For photographs or video including people explicit consent will be given prior.
Customers who do not want such photographs, images or videos to appear in any of 5Leaf Auto promotional material must send us a written notice immediately following services. Notice can be sent via email to 5leafauto@gmail.com.
SMS Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and the information you consent to share in relation to our SMS marketing service. We use this information to send you text notifications (for your service appointment, including appointment, cancelation and re-scheduling reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us. Opt-in data and consent for text messaging will not be shared with any third parties except for messaging partners, for the purpose of enabling and operating our text messaging program.
Our website uses cookies to keep track of items when you are scheduling your appointment. This information is used to determine when to send reminder messages via SMS.
You can unsubscribe from our text messages at any time. Just text “STOP” to any SMS you have received. If you want to join again, just let us know via phone call or email to the contact information provided below and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Service Agreement

Customer Acknowledgment
Customer hereby acknowledges that Customer has read and fully understands the following terms and conditions which shall be deemed a binding part of Customer’s contract with 5Leaf Auto for mobile detailing services. Customer further acknowledges that these terms and conditions are a material inducement for 5Leaf Auto’s agreement to enter into a contract with Customer for said services.
5Leaf Auto Detailing Estimates
5Leaf Auto is an auto detailer that comes to you! You agree that the prices are subject to change and the price to be paid is calculated on-site after a service pro confirms all services, vehicle types, and any add-ons.
Any price estimates are based on 5Leaf Auto’s prior experience, without an inspection, and based on information provided by the Customer.
If, at the commencement or during the course of providing the Service, it is apparent that the actual cost of the Service will exceed the quote provided by 5Leaf Auto, 5Leaf Auto will provide the Customer with the option to pay an increased fee to complete the service or pay the quoted amount without the service being completed.
Complaints/Guarantee
You agree to inform 5Leaf Auto within 48 hours if you are dissatisfied for any reason with the Service provided. You agree to choose one of the next 3 available days for a free re-detailing. Re-detailing must be completed within 7 days from the time of initial service.
All outstanding balances must be paid before a scheduled re-cleaning can be booked.
Extreme Vehicle Condition
You agree if 5Leaf Auto deems your vehicle to be in extreme vehicle condition 5Leaf Auto will not be able to fully detail your vehicle to our normal standards in our allotted appointment time and that you will need to purchase an additional detail if you desire your vehicle brought up to 5Leaf Auto standards. 5Leaf Auto, however, will give you a complimentary interior detail add-on service of your choosing for your next appointment (excluding odor elimination treatment).
Services Not Covered
- Removal of seats from vehicle.
- Clean up of bodily fluids ($300 charge if we must).
- Seat tracks (due to not removing seats from the vehicle).
- Spare tire area.
- Undercarriage (Parts of.)
Outside Service Area
5Leaf Auto currently services New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. We are expanding each year to other cities and counties. If an appointment is booked outside of our service areas, 5Leaf Auto reserves the right to remove any discounts or we may require two vehicles to be detailed at the same appointment time to justify the travel distance. If multiple vehicles are not available to detail at the same appointment time, you agree to pay a $60 administrative fee.
Personal Belongings
Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to your appointment. 5Leaf Auto is not responsible for the loss of personal items left inside the vehicle. We will do our best to collect all trash and any hidden personal belongings we find prior to starting our detailing process. Everything we have collected will be left behind inside a plastic bag.
Payment Terms
The Customer agrees to pay 5Leaf Auto in full when the service is complete, unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing. If online payment, you authorize 5Leaf Auto to charge the credit card on file if no cash or check payment is received. All outstanding invoices 14 days and over are subject to a late payment fee of $50/day plus any outstanding balance. If no payment is received immediately after service is completed, the customer authorizes 5Leaf Auto to charge the customer’s credit card in the full amount of the invoice.
5Leaf Auto Club Subscriptions
5Leaf Auto offers monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly memberships for a truly clean car experience without having to sign a contract. Discount pricing on memberships is subject to vehicle size and interval of subscription. 5Leaf Auto provides discounted services on the interior detail + complimentary exterior wash when available for each type of membership. However, if a customer cancels their membership within 3 months, the customer agrees to pay the discount back and the customer’s card on file will be charged for the difference.
Coupons/ Offers/ Discounts
All coupons must be submitted during scheduling an appointment online or with a 5Leaf Auto scheduler. 5Leaf Auto will charge the customer the full price for services if the customer did not notify 5Leaf Auto about a coupon at the time of scheduling. Any and all coupons or offers can only be used once and cannot be combined with any other coupons or offers, including the 5Leaf Auto discounts. Limit 2 per customer. Referral discount codes can be used multiple times per household and only if a referral actually had service provided.
Online Promotions and giveaways
All online promotions and giveaways are limited to 5Leaf Auto's local (within 20 miles) service areas only. Online promotions and giveaways are not sponsored by the platforms they are shared on. This might include, but is not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, or other social media platforms. If applicable, online promotions and giveaway end dates will be stated in the online posts. Winners will be announced online on our social media channels. Winners will be contacted via available methods, which will include but not be limited to text messages, phone calls, email, or direct messaging on social media. Soliciting Policy
You agree not to solicit for hire any staff member introduced to you by 5Leaf Auto for any detailing-related services. If you are found to have solicited one of our team members, please be advised you will be flagged in our system and you won’t be able to schedule a service with us anymore. We reserve the right to seek legal remedies for any violation of this policy (or any other provision of this Terms of Service).
Mobile Terms of Service
5Leaf Auto's mobile detailing service is operated by 5Leaf Auto. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to 5Leaf Auto Mobile Detailing’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of 5Leaf Auto through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with 5Leaf Auto. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to 5Leaf Auto or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other 5Leaf Auto mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt-out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Ceramic Coating – Additional Service Agreement Information
5Leaf Auto requires a non-refundable deposit of $50 upon booking a ceramic coating appointment. This deposit enables 5Leaf Auto to initiate the procurement of necessary products and secure a 72-hour window specifically allocated for your vehicle. Customer should also note that 5Leaf's ceramic procedures allow a car to be protected for up to 6 months.
For ceramic coating completed appointments there will be a 3.5% convenience fee charged for non-cash payments to cover expenses associated with electronic payment processing.
The Ceramic Coating Car Care Monthly Membership is a month-to-month subscription service. As long as customers are subscribed and payment are made they will be eligible for these benefits: Lifetime Warranty Upgrade, an Annual Ceramic Coating Maintenance Appointment, and one Interior Detail and Exterior Hand wash per month. If the subscription is canceled the benefits will be lost and standard 5-year warranty will be applied unless extended lifetime warranty is purchased separately.
Limitation of Liability.
5Leaf Auto’s entire liability and your sole and exclusive remedy for any and all losses and damages for any cause of action arising out of services provided to you by 5Leaf Auto shall be limited, at 5Leaf Auto's option and in 5Leaf Auto's sole discretion, to a refund of payment(s) for the service(s) at issue; a reclean; or, the repair of your vehicles as determined by 5Leaf Auto in its sole discretion. IN NO EVENT SHALL 5LEAF AUTO BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE IN AN AMOUNT IN EXCESS OF YOUR MONTHLY TOTAL INVESTMENT, CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY WAIVES ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM ANY ADDITIONAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: ANY LOSS OF USE OR PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF BUSINESS REPUTATION, EXPENSES OR COSTS ARISING FROM OR ALLEGED TO ARISE FROM BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, DAMAGE TO REAL OR PERSONAL PROPERTY, AND FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY OR OTHER BREACH OF DUTY BY 5LEAF AUTO.
Governing Law – Venue.
All disputes between you and 5Leaf Auto shall be governed by New Jersey state law and resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mercer County, New Jersey.
Class Action Waiver.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY WAIVES ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO MAKE A CLAIM FOR DAMAGES AS A CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS ACTION OR AS PART OF A PLAINTIFF GROUP. You and 5Leaf Auto agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a member of any class or as part of a class or representative action. Unless you and 5Leaf Auto agree, a court may not consolidate any dispute between us with disputes involving other people OR PARTIES.
Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for a cancellation or a reschedule! If for any reason, you have to cancel or reschedule your detailing appointment, please call us immediately. If notice is not provided more than 24 hours prior to the detail appointment, you will be charged a $200 administrative fee.
5Leaf retains the right to cancel any service under just cause provided to you by email or phone prior to a service. Upon a service cancellation, a window of 1 Week is given for a quick rescheduling. Any service requests for a reschedule past that must be resubmitted as a new Service Request.
Appointments scheduled within a time frame less than 24 hours before the actual appointment can only be canceled or rescheduled with a $50 administrative fee.
If our service pros arrive at the scheduled appointment and they are not able to detail your vehicle within 20 minutes from the scheduled appointment time, for any reason that is not our fault, you will be charged a $50 administrative fee. For example, a locked door, no-show from customer, etc.
If you harass, harm, or threaten the safety or well-being of our service pros, we have the authority to cancel the appointment and charge a $200 administrative fee.
All online reservations through our website and social media are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policy.
