Role Overview

We’re seeking a Specialized Technician with advanced skills in PPF installation, vinyl wrapping, window tinting, or paint correction, in addition to strong foundational expertise in detailing. This role bridges the gap between general technicians and high-level specialists, supporting both the shop floor and advanced service fulfillment.

You’ll focus on executing higher-ticket services with precision and efficiency, while maintaining shop flow, assisting general service staff when needed, and ensuring top-tier quality control across the board.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 High-Ticket Service Execution

• Perform advanced services including:

  • Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation

  • Vinyl wrapping (partial and full)

  • Paint correction (multi-stage polishing, defect removal)

  • Professional-grade window tinting

• Deliver consistent, flawless finishes aligned with luxury standards.

• Ensure proper curing, trimming, and prep procedures across all specialized services.

🔹 Detailing & Surface Prep

• Perform complete interior and exterior details as needed.

• Prep vehicles for wraps, coatings, and tinting (decontamination, clay bar, paint leveling).

• Apply ceramic coatings and protective sealants using advanced tools and techniques.

🔹 Quality Control & Final Inspection

• Serve as the quality gatekeeper for all advanced service jobs.

• Inspect vehicles post-service to ensure no defects, bubbles, streaks, or missed spots.

• Educate customers on service expectations and aftercare requirements.

🔹 Workflow Coordination (Non-Managerial)

• Act as a bridge between general servicemen and senior technicians.

• Assist junior techs with prep, hand-off, and mid-service checkpoints.

• Coordinate with the lead tech or floor manager to ensure smooth service flow.

🔹 Equipment & Workspace Management

• Maintain wrap/tint/PPF tools in top condition.

• Organize specialty materials and chemicals for quick access and safe storage.

• Report tool repairs or restock needs proactively.

Ideal Candidate Profile

✔️ Experienced: At least 2-3 years hands-on experience with one or more of the following: wraps, PPF, tinting, or paint correction.

✔️ Detail-Driven: You take craftsmanship seriously and never cut corners.
