CANCELLATION POLICY

This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) is established by 5Leaf Auto, located at 400 Broadway Park, Long Branch, NJ 07740 (“Company”), in order to ensure efficient scheduling and maintain the quality of services provided in automotive wrapping, detailing, and tinting. By scheduling an appointment, the customer (“Client”) agrees to the following terms:
1. DEPOSITS
1.1. All deposits for ceramic coating and vehicle wrap services are non-refundable under any circumstances.
1.2. Deposits serve to secure the Client’s appointment slot and cover initial preparation costs incurred by the Company.
2. CANCELLATIONS
2.1. Cancellations must be made no less than four (4) days or ninety-six (96) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
2.2. Cancellations within the 4-day window shall only be accepted for the following reasons:
2.2.1. Medical emergencies (supporting documentation may be required);
2.2.2. Residential relocation;
2.2.3. Military obligations;
2.2.4. Vehicle repair issues that prevent transportation to the Company’s facility.
3. RESCHEDULING
3.1. Appointments canceled in compliance with Section 2 may be rescheduled based on availability.
3.2. Rescheduled appointments will retain the original deposit.
3.3. Rescheduling for reasons outside those listed in Section 2.2 or with insufficient notice may require a new deposit.
4. NO-SHOWS
4.1. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without providing proper notice as outlined in Section 2 shall be considered a “No-Show.”
4.2. All No-Shows will result in automatic forfeiture of the deposit.
4.3. Clients who No-Show may be required to pay the full cost of future services in advance.
